Adria House Dubrovnik By The Sea Hotel - Zaton (Dubrovnik-Neretva)

We had a wonderful stay with an extraordinary location right at the ocean. The hotel facilities were brand new, clean, and nicely decorated. The breakfast, made with fresh ingredients from the owners' garden, was excellent. The staff, especially the owner, was friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and local tips.

The hotel is located just a stone's throw away from the ocean. Guests can enjoy amazing views of the blue waters and relax at the lounge area across the street. the hotel also offers free use of the SUP board, adding to the fun activities for beach enthusiasts. Inside the hotel, the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, providing guests with a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location can be quite far from Dubrovnik old town, which could be inconvenient for those wanting to explore the city's historic sites.

My Christmas vacation was perfect! The apartment had an amazing sea view from the balcony where I could enjoy breakfast in the outdoors. The location was ideal for me, a peaceful area with cool sea breeze yet close to the city center. The hostess was hospitable and had excellent recommendations for local restaurants. I cannot forget to mention that the bed was comfy and the apartment was sparkling clean.

I would have liked to have a place to hang my clothes to dry, and housekeeping service could have been better. However, I quickly discovered that the idea was to have more privacy, which actually worked out well for me.

What a gem! Stayed in a lovely apartment with a stunning view of the sea, and the best part was having breakfast in the breakfast room that turned into our private space after. the location was perfect for a peaceful vacation, but still close to the city center. Parking in the city was really expensive, so the fact that we had a place to park for free was a great bonus. We also loved having access to the jetty, where we could swim and just soak in the sun.
